B1 data constitute the largest ISCCP data type and because of their tremendous volume, they will be listed by date range only. The following table shows the B1 data archived by the ICA, the generating SPC, their inclusive dates of data and their rate of acquisition:

More detailed documentation is available for B1 data sets upon request to the ICA. Note: the NOAA B1 data are archived in their original Level 1b format (FGGE terminology for raw data with calibration and earth location data appended, but not applied). Although round tapes are listed in the above table, the ICA no longer supports this tape media. These data have been transferred to 3480 cartridges for archival.
